Sie mussten in dieser Pandemie gegen die Uhr lernen, sich an unterschiedliche Situationen anpassen und \u00fcber ihre Fachgebiete hinaus Unterst\u00fctzung leisten. Aus all diesen Gr\u00fcnden ist es wichtig, diese neuen Generationen, auf denen die Zukunft und der Generationswechsel der Medizin basieren, zu ber\u00fccksichtigen und zu unterst\u00fctzen.<\/p>\n

In unserem eingeweihten Bereich Ein Kaffee mit<\/em><\/strong>, freuen wir uns, Ihnen Carmela Al\u00edas Candel vorstellen zu k\u00f6nnen. Sie ist Assistenz\u00e4rztin f\u00fcr Familien- und Gemeinschaftsmedizin am Morales Meseguer Hospital in Murcia (Spanien).<\/p>\n

Wir trafen sie in einer Bar in der Innenstadt, in der N\u00e4he ihres Arbeitsplatzes. Mit den Schutzma\u00dfnahmen und einem leckeren Kaffee teilt uns Carmela ihre Sorgen um die Gesundheit mit.<\/p>\n

J. Was bedeutete es f\u00fcr Sie, nach einer 5-j\u00e4hrigen Karriere und nach bestandenem MIR eine Aufenthaltsgenehmigung in Ihrer Heimatstadt Murcia zu erlangen?<\/strong><\/em><\/h4>\n

C. Es war die gr\u00f6\u00dfte und begehrteste Ver\u00e4nderung in meinem Leben. Es waren viele Jahre des Studiums und schlie\u00dflich ist es sehr zufriedenstellend, das Ziel zu erreichen, das Sie so lange in Erw\u00e4gung gezogen haben. Die klinische Praxis zu erleben, liegt mir sehr am Herzen.<\/p>\n

J. Und wie haben Sie in den letzten Monaten Ihres Aufenthalts die durch Covid19 verursachte Unsicherheit in Ihrem Land, Spanien, erlebt?<\/strong><\/em><\/h4>\n

C. Die Wahrheit war schwierig. In den Monaten der Pandemie mussten wir viele Patienten mit Covid19-Symptomen unterst\u00fctzen und begleiten, was uns auf der Lernebene zu viel Anstrengung gemacht hat, da wir zeitgleich mit der Pandemie unsere medizinische Spezialisierung betreuen mussten . Trotzdem ist es unsere Pflicht und wir sind sehr dankbar, in solch schwierigen Zeiten helfen zu k\u00f6nnen. Haus\u00e4rzte waren unverzichtbar, wenn es darum ging, Covid-Patienten zu erkennen und zu behandeln.<\/p>\n

J. Haben Sie eine Situation erlebt, die Sie w\u00e4hrend der Pandemie gestresst haben k\u00f6nnte?<\/strong><\/em><\/h4>\n

C. Die Wachen. Vor allem zu Beginn dieser Pandemie. Die beunruhigende Situation, die weltweit erlebt wurde, f\u00fchrte dazu, dass ich mich um viele Symptome von Atemwegsproblemen im Zusammenhang mit Covid k\u00fcmmern musste. In vielen dieser Momente war unser einziger Schutz die Maske, da wir nicht wissen konnten, ob die Symptome mit Covid oder einer anderen Art von Krankheit in Verbindung standen.<\/p>\n

J. Daher litten Sie auch unter dem Mangel an sanit\u00e4rem Material, den man in vielen anderen L\u00e4ndern erlebte.<\/strong><\/em><\/h4>\n

C. Es ist fast. Sogar meine Kollegen, die den Anfang dieser komplizierten Situation erlebten, benutzten Plastikt\u00fcten als Strumpfhosen oder M\u00fctzen. Diese Tage waren ziemlich \u201eerschreckend\u201c, wie mir erz\u00e4hlt wurde.<\/p>\n

J<\/em><\/strong>. Glauben Sie, dass sich die Situation jetzt verbessert hat? Gibt es Ihrer Meinung nach ein gr\u00f6\u00dferes Verst\u00e4ndnis f\u00fcr die Bedeutung der medizinischen Versorgung und der medizinischen Arbeit selbst?<\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n

C. Ganz. Ich denke, die Leute haben die Bedeutung des Gesundheitswesens erkannt. Dennoch haben wir in Sachen medizinischer Versorgung eine gute Versorgungsverf\u00fcgbarkeit. Aber auch von unserer Seite, als \u00c4rzte und Bewohner, haben wir das reflektiert. Wir sind uns der effizienten Nutzung der Medien, ihrer Bedeutung f\u00fcr unseren Alltag und der Sicherheit, die sie uns und dem Patienten bietet, sehr bewusst. Es ist wie eine \u201eAngst\u201c, die wir verinnerlicht haben, dass eine Mangelsituation wie die, die wir erlebt haben, eintreten k\u00f6nnte.<\/p>\n

J. Wird sich die aktuelle Situation nach der \u00dcberwindung der Pandemie auf das medizinische Paradigma im spanischen Gesundheitswesen auswirken?<\/strong><\/em><\/h4>\n

C. Ja, tats\u00e4chlich, ich denke, es \u00e4ndert sich bereits. Virtuelle Beratungen haben Vorrang vor pers\u00f6nlichen Beratungen, insbesondere in der j\u00fcngeren Bev\u00f6lkerung.<\/p>\n

J. Wie sehen Sie sich selbst, wenn Sie Ihr Studium beenden?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

C. Ich sehe mich sicher und in der Lage, jeden Tag in mein Gesundheitszentrum zu gehen, meine Patienten zu behandeln und vor der erhaltenen Ausbildung sicher zu sein. Das spanische Gesundheitswesen ist eines der besten der Welt, daher ist die Verantwortung junger Menschen und angehender \u00c4rzte sehr hoch.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
